Report of the 9th EFDN Conference

On 7th and 8th of November, the 9th EFDN ‘CSR in European Football’ Conference took place in Oslo, hosted by Valerenga Fotball. This document provides a comprehensive report of the event.

The event provided many opportunities to discuss and share best practices and knowledge in European Football and Development. Current challenges and new opportunities in the field of Community and Social Responsibility in football were discussed and inspiring presentations were given by club and foundation leaders and coordinators.

Among others, the event can included presentations and breakout sessions led by FC Barcelona Foundation, Feyenoord Rotterdam, FIFPro, Aberdeen FC Community Trust, Scort Foundation, UEFA, Ferencváros TC, FARE, Schalke 04, Athletic Club de Bilbao, Aberdeen FC, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, CAFE, Links Park Community Trust, the United Nations Development Programme, and of course our host Valerenga Fotball. Participants also have the opportunity to attend study visits and practical sessions of Valerenga.
