Disability Access Officer Handbook 2017

Disability Access Officer Handbook 2017

CAFE, in cooperation with UEFA, has created this Disability Access Officer Handbook, which will be a valuable tool for any national association, league or club. It explains how to identify suitable disability access officers, emphasises some of the key responsibilities of the role and underlines the importance of effective communication and increased awareness around disability. Furthermore, the handbook provides interviews with DAOs from different European countries. A job description template and a accessible stadium and matchday services questionnaire were added to the 2017 edition.
