CAFE ADC PROGRAMME FINAL REPORT
CAFE’s final report on the Audio-Descriptive Commentary (ADC) network which aims to give the opportunity to sighted and blind people to experience the atmosphere and the emotions of the football game during these 90 minutes. CAFE strives to improve access and inclusion across the game so that disabled people can take their rightful places as spectators, players, volunteers, coaches, administrators, and as leaders and decision makers.
The report is based on the following points:

- Information about CAFE and the CAFE Audio-Descriptive Commentary programme
- Information about the training itself
- Technical equipment and license
- Ongoing support and legacy
