Brentford FC Community Sports Trust Impact Report 2018-19
Brentford FC Community Sports Trust has published its impact report for the 2018-19 season. The report provides an insight into the scope and diversity of the Trust’s impact in the local community.
Since Brentford FC established its community scheme in 1987, the Trust has been considered pioneers in utilizing sport for a social purpose. Between 2018-2019, they delivered more than 11,000 sessions in its’ community projects. Since the last impact report entitled ‘Playing the Long Game’ (2016), there has been an increase in the number of activities and opportunities that Brentford FC Community Sports Trust offers.
“Whether it is supporting young carers to develop a passion for photography or empowering young girls to unleash their footballing talent, the Trust continues to encourage countless people to realise their potential”, says Ian Dobie, Chairman of Brentford FC Community Sports Trust.
