Our free Level 1 and 2 accredited courses enable participants to gain the skills and confidence they need to secure employment.
This programme is supported by local training providers including Mitre Group and Reed in Partnership. The skills and qualifications gained through these programmes helps participants progress into paid employment, an apprenticeship or further education.
Our employment advisers help them to consider their options and support them to overcome any barriers to progressing by offering assistance in applying for work.
Courses available include:
- Customer Service Level 2 – Learn how to manage customer needs and work as part of a team
- Team Leading Level 2 – Understand project planning and how to motivate team members
- Employability Level 1 – Learn how to write a professional CV, interview techniques and get job-searching advice.
