Premier League Primary Stars – Saints
In October 2016, Saints Foundation launched the Premier League Primary Stars Programme, which specifically aims to increase the knowledge, skills and confidence of teachers, as well as increase young people’s enjoyment , participation and skill in competitive and non-competitive sports and other physical activities in schools across Southampton to help improve the provision of PE and School Sport. The project will use PE, PSHE, Literacy and Numeracy to improve young people’s resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Saints Foundation currently deliver the Primary Stars programme at the following core schools across Southampton – Bassett Green Primary, Harefield Primary, Swaythling Primary, Redbridge Primary, Weston Park Primary, Foundry Lane Primary, St. Patrick’s Catholic Primary, Newlands Primary, Hightown Primary, Valentine Primary, Wordsworth Primary and Thornhill Primary.
