Minitrainees- Randers FC

The Minitrainee project targets the 8 to 12 year olds and is one of the more emotional CSR projects, launched by Randers FC.

The participating children are traumatised due to illness and/ or death in the immediate family. The programme is based on the idea to establish an association between the children and Randers FC by giving them the opportunity to become a “Minitrainee”.

In this way, the “Minitrainees” shall experience the special community of the football club. The “Minitrainees” will receive the task to “work” 1 day – 2 weeks before, during and after the training of the Randers FC squad, thereby becoming a part of the team. After the training, the Minitrainees will be escorted home by a player or another person associated with Randers FC.
