Hibernian FC – Kick for Kids

Hibernian FC launched Kick for Kids in 2002. The initiative has since allowed thousands of disadvantaged children and young adults to watch matches at Easter Road.

The club invited local businesses and individuals to purchase and donate season tickets to children’s charities and organisations for all league games.

Results

In 2012, Hibernian FC partnered with Leith Links Charity, and the venture had raised over £50,000 in four years since then, which resulted in the purchase of 589 season tickets.

There are many more charities and beneficiary groups that received hundreds and thousands of season tickets. Some of them are: Kinsfolk Carers, CCLASP, Canongate Youth Project, Deaf Football
Club, Dads Work, Bingham Community Centre, etc.
