Football Fans In Training Rangers FC

Our Football Fans in Training has achieved astounding results, with participants reporting dramatic improvements in their health, knowledge and motivation following the expert guidance provided over the course of the 12 week programme.

Of the 64 participants involved to date, a total weight loss 52 stone 12 pounds was achieved over a 12 week period!

The programme works with males and females aged between 35 and 65 years old who are overweight and provides a great opportunity for Rangers supporters to improve their fitness, lose weight and train with fellow supporters at Ibrox.

Each session is split between classroom health education and physical activity sessions and covers issues such as weight management, exercise, diet and healthy eating, alcohol awareness, motivation and well-being.

We are grateful to the SPFL Trust for their funding support for this programme.
