Feyenoord Street League

Feyenoord Street League is an exciting street football competition for children aged from 9 to 12 years, coming from the Rotterdam districts Feijenoord, Charlois, IJsselmonde and Ridderkerk. In total, each year, more than 350 students participate in the Street League. The teams is accompanied by a team leader, who must be an adult, and can earn points by winning their matches, but also through the “No words but Deeds’ standings. Sporting behavior and fair play are rewarded with points during the games, like running around on their own initiative to contribute to the social well-being of their community, such as getting a sponsorship in the district or attending relevant workshops.

The referee keeps an eye on the game but he also assesses the teams’ attitude and behavior. So you might lose the game, but you can leave the pitch with more points than your opponent with your sporty attitude.

Every game are played on Sunday afternoon, from 12:00 to 13:00, except when Feyenoord play at home.
