Employability Programme – Motherwell F.C

Much of our volunteer-led community activity takes place in the evening and it is therefore not usually possible to provide meaningful work experience placements.

We are, however, always keen to recruit and train volunteers as coaches, helpers, first aiders and co-ordinators.

If you are interested in volunteering with us please visit: Types of volunteering.

Motherwell Football Club Community Trust works with the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations to recruit employees through the Community Jobs Scotland programme.

Community Jobs Scotland (CJS) is an employability programme aimed at supporting unemployed and vulnerable young people aged 16-29 into paid job training opportunities through the Third Sector. CJS is delivered by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) in partnership with the Scottish Government.

Since 2011 the Scottish Government has invested up to £50 million in support of the programme which has now created 7,000 job training opportunities across the whole of Scotland.
