Cagliari Calcio – Casteddu 4Special
The Italian club Cagliari Calcio believes that football is much more than a sport: it is collaboration, it is discipline, but above all it is inclusion. This is why the club wants to raise awareness on the issue of disability. Promoting social and work inclusion among employees, players, and fans. CASTEDDU 4 SPECIAL is an activity aimed at the integration of athletes with disabilities. And with “CASTEDDU4SPECIAL” Cagliari Calcio participates in the “Quarta e Quinta Categoria” project, a championship organized by the FIGC Paralympic and Experimental Football Division for athletes with disabilities. During the National Day of people with Down syndrome, Cagliari Calcio sided with CoorDown by supporting their fundraising campaigns.
