Brentford FC – Get Set Project
The Get Set Project provides vulnerable young people with bespoke employability skills and training opportunities.
Funded by Danny Fullbrook’s Fearless Foundation and a local charity called Pathways, many of the young people the BFC CST work with may be young carers, have a learning disability or come from complex family backgrounds.
The aim of the project is clear: to ensure that these young people have the same employment and educational opportunities as any other young person living in west London.
Employment workshops with teapigs, Heathrow Skills Academy, Hilton Hotels and Royal Holloway University are just some of the initiatives the young people have benefited from.
