Delivered through core staff hours, this project supports a group of mums who have children with diagnosed conditions such as autism and ADHD. This is impacting on the Mum’s health and wellbeing with some mums suffering with depression and their general health being compromised. Gym sessions and health walks are provided operating from Goodison Park
