The team represents Aston Villa in both Regional and National League games which take place in Nottingham.
The Rockets train on Friday evening at Doug Ellis Sport Centre from 7pm to 9pm.

Last season, the Villa Rockets finished fourth in the National Premiership, which consists of 11 other teams from around the country.

In the East Midlands Regional League, they finished third last term and were champions in 2011/12.

In the 2014/15 season, there was a new league formed to service the West Midlands, which focused on introducing new players to the sport and developing local talent to progress through to the other regional and national leagues.

The Villa Rockets finished second in this inaugural season.
The Rockets are always keen to increase participation and to introduce new players to the sport.
