The 3rd day of the EFDN Youth Exchange started with a warm-up activity where the participants gathered together in a circle and they had to do different small exercises prepared by the team of Aberdeen FC. The warm-up was quite entertaining because everyone had to show one exercise and rest of the participants had to repeat it. After the warm up, the young people participated in few running activities where their agility and coordination was put to the test. The participants also took part in “beer”-pong, dancing, blindfolded eating and other entertaining mini-games.

It was time for a marshmallow tower building, a game with very simple rules – the participants got at hand 20 spaghetti sticks and some marshmallows and all they had to build a stable tower. It looks easy but it is actually a quite difficult task. However, all the teams showed great creativity and cooperation skills and built the marshmallow towers in a very shot time period!
After these teambuilding sessions it was time for football! The group participated in a walking football session, followed by a mini-game called “Robin Hood” which is a combination of using your brain and physical power. All participants were divided in 4 groups and they had to compete for different items with which they had to create their own, unique game.
The outdoor football session was closed with a proper football match. The participants divided themselves in two teams and showed off their football skills, tricks, and abilities to score goals.
