French EFDN member OL Fondation is adopting a new operating mode for all employment events organised at Groupama Stadium. Thanks to its partner #JeNeSuisPasUnCV, (literally, ‘I’m not only a resume’, OL Fondation invites everyone to create their skills profile on a dedicated and innovative space. With the help of the latter, you can describe your potential without limiting yourself to your CV.

All you have to do is fill in your profile once and you will automatically be contacted as soon as an event organised at Groupama Stadium offers at least one job that might suit you. Whether it’s a permanent or fixed-term contract or a work-study programme, the job events cover all sectors of activity and the geographical area of the Lyon metropolitan area.

This approach of using the Groupama Stadium as a resource centre to facilitate meetings between candidates and recruiters is supported by the “Cité des Entreprises pour l’Emploi”, a platform created in October 2016 in partnership with Pôle Emploi Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and the mediation firm Nes & Cité.

Since 2019, Olympique Lyonnais has supported and encouraged the development of #JeNeSuisPasUnCV. The company brings together a collective of companies that want to change their recruitment practices to focus on people’s potential rather than their references. Their conviction is based on the fact that the use of the CV reduces the field of possibilities.
