Werder Bewegt-Lebenslang : Activities
Werder Bremen is the pioneer of corporate social responsibility in Germany’s national football league. Werder has an own department, Werder Bewegt – Lebenslang, that organises all the social projects, this department is called “CSR – Management”. Their jobs are to process all the everyday enquiries of the club-partners and –members, as well as the organisation and development of new offerings, events and projects.
Tour de Waste- Werder Bewegt
Where does all the waste go and in which garbage can does what kind of waste go? This is a question, which Werder Bremen ’s 60 + supporters discovered last week. In the framework of the Tour de Waste, the participants had the opportunity to visit the incineration plant Blockland-Deponie and the organic and green waste composting facilities. For a sustainable behaviour not only energy saving and waste prevention is essential but also waste separation.
The Next Winners
Last weekend, the first preliminary games for this year’s Werder-Cup took place. The tournament, taking place in Syke, was won by the team from the secondary school Nienburg with 12 points and 6:2 goals. The team from the Humboldt secondary school in Bad Pyrmont received the second place.
Good Kick
On Tuesday, the employees had the honour to take part in a small tournament at the Weser Stadium. The event took place in the course of the healthcare management.
Day of the Family- Werder Bewegt
WERDER BEWEGT- LEBENSLANG means activities for the entire family, from the smallest children to elderlies. For the grandparents there is the possibility to join the 60+ activities and the children can participate in the kidsclub. At the family day, especially due to yesterday’s international family day, WERDER BEWEGT- LEBENSLANG offers something for everyone.
