To strengthen our Marketing and Communication department, EFDN is looking for an outstanding creative brain for the role of Multimedia (Digital) Designer (0,6 FTE), from August 2021 onwards. As a designer, you are responsible for managing, delivering and evaluating our high-quality EFDN printed, digital and social media campaigns and deliveries with an emphasis on multicultural media relevance.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (MULTIMEDIA)

The European Football for Development Network (EFDN) is a not-for-profit organisation that supports our more than 130 members of professional football clubs, leagues and FAs who are convinced of the social power of football and want to cooperate on a European level. EFDN provides guidance and support within the context of community and social responsibility in European football, including in the areas of community programming, stadium accessibility, environmentally friendly and sustainable business practices and the establishment of effective supporter management relations.

Graphic Designer (24 hours/0,6 FTE)
To strengthen our Marketing and Communication department, EFDN is looking for an outstanding creative brain for the role of Multimedia (Digital) Designer (0,6 FTE), capable of bringing such projects to successful completion. We are looking for a candidate who’s experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. As a designer, you are responsible for managing, delivering and evaluating our high-quality EFDN printed, digital and social media campaigns and deliveries with an emphasis on multicultural media relevance. Together with our Communication Managers, you work to raise our brand as a leading organisation on CSR in European club football by developing logos and graphics for brochures, handbooks and digital productions.

As you will be operating in our office in Breda, the Netherlands, knowledge of Dutch is preferable as well as excellent English skills. Join the passionate EFDN team in Breda, a picturesque and booming city in the south of the Netherlands, and support us in promoting the social power of football.

You are:

• Highly experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Used Adobe Creative Cloud to design logos and develop brand identities.
• Knowledge of Adobe Première Pro and After Effects is a plus.
• Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia and or print context combined with excellent IT and programming skills
• Excellent organisational, time and project management skills
• Essential: Self-motivated team player with the ability to meet deadlines, remain flexible and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Essential: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
• Teamwork skills because most projects require input from individuals with different roles
• You safeguard our branding by ensuring the design is consistent and accessible , on all devices and for all users
• You work together with an external designer
• You make sure that those designs are in line with the project’s objectives.
• You help to improve our work by offering new angles, inspiration, best practices and practical solutions and share these ideas
• Essential: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferable: Passion for football and social change.

Ter versterking van onze afdeling Marketing en Communicatie is EFDN op zoek naar een uitstekend creatief brein voor de rol van Multimedia (Digital) Designer (0,6 FTE), die projecten tot een goed einde kan brengen. We zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die ervaring heeft met Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator en InDesign. Als ontwerper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, leveren en evalueren van onze hoogwaardige EFDN gedrukte, digitale en sociale-mediacampagnes en -initiatieven met de nadruk op multiculturele mediarelevantie. Samen met onze communicatiemanagers werk je aan het versterken van onze reputatie als toonaangevende organisatie op het gebied van MVO in het Europese clubvoetbal door logo’s en afbeeldingen te ontwikkelen voor brochures, handboeken en digitale producties. Aangezien de werkplek in Breda, Nederland, gelegen is, heeft kennis van het Nederlands de voorkeur, evenals uitstekende Engelse vaardigheden. Jouw profiel:

• Je bent zeer ervaren met Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator en InDesign.
• Je gebruikt Adobe Creative Cloud om logo’s te ontwerpen en merkidentiteiten te ontwikkelen.
• Ervaring met Adobe Première Pro en After Effects is een pluspunt.
• Uitstekende visuele communicatieve vaardigheden om ideeën en informatie te presenteren in een multimedia- en/of printcontext gecombineerd met uitstekende IT- en programmeervaardigheden.
• Uitstekende organisatorische, planning- en projectmanagementvaardigheden.
