UNITE FOR HUNGER EVENT RAISES THOUSANDS OF ITEMS FOR BURNLEY FC IN THE COMMUNITY FOODBANK
On Saturday 18th November, Burnley FC in the Community and TikTok star, Max McCann united to collect as many food items as possible for the BFCitC Foodbank in a single day.
This initiative garnered immense support, with generous contributions pouring in from businesses such as SPAR, Warburtons, and Kellogg’s.
The generosity extended even further, as numerous local businesses rallied behind the cause. Booths Flooring, Farmhouse Biscuits, BRSK, Cherry Tree Bakery, Country Range, Recycle IT, Vertu, and Burnley Leisure and Culture all played pivotal roles in ensuring the event’s resounding success.
Their appreciation also extends to every individual who participated in the event, contributing generously to this important cause.
Their campaign for food doesn’t end there. On Saturday 25th November, Burnley FC are encouraging supporters to bring a tin of non-perishable food to their home game against West Ham, with all items donated to Burnley FC in the Community’s foodbank.
