Transforming Lives: NAC Telts’ Journey to Personal Growth and Well-being
Monday, September 18, marks the beginning of a new program of NAC Telts, the lifestyle project for NAC Breda supporters! Over twelve weeks, they will focus on each individual’s lifestyle through four pillars: exercise, nutrition, unwind, and mindset.
NAC are proud of the past two seasons in which they were able to organize three successful editions of NAC Telt together with Monné Zorg en Beweging and Beweeg-Wijs. With the help of professional coaches and experts, they will be by their side for twelve weeks to support them in achieving their personal goals. Together, they will work on being more active, eating more consciously, and finding a healthier balance between exercise and relaxation. And that’s not all – in addition to the weekly training sessions in their familiar Rat Verlegh Stadium, they will receive additional knowledge through workshops and challenges.
In the project, participants are given a measuring moment at the beginning and end of the program. This way, they can see the progress they have made in the toiling weeks. NAC Counts serves as a starting point to tackle and change old (unhealthy) habits. After the 12 weeks, they will be more aware of their lifestyle and better know how to keep working independently to improve.

Please note that there is room for up to 40 motivated participants, who want to take up the challenge. Former participants are welcome to join the programme, with the condition that they nominate a buddy.
