The European Commission launches #BeActiveAtHome

The European Commission has launched the campaign #BeActiveAtHome to help all Europeans stay active even under these unprecedented circumstances.

As most Governments have imposed circulation bans, many Europeans found themselves forced to stay home. This, of course, includes the inability to access gyms and other exercise facilities.

To encourage Europeans to stay active, the European Commission has launched the campaign #BeActiveAtHome, as an adaptation to the current circumstances of the 2015 campaign #BeActive.

The aim of the campaign is to use social media to boost physical activity.  By posting with the hashtag #BeActiveAtHome and mentioning @EUSport on Twitter and @european_youth_eu on Instagram, people will share their workouts and the most entertaining ones will be reposted by DG EAC social media accounts.
