“Start to Run Sessions” are back at Club Brugge

“EXERCISING MORE” is a common new year resolution. However, for many it remains a good intention. Yet, this year there is no excuse: Club Brugge Foundation is taking action. In a 10 week programme, starting 22nd February 2017, Club Brugge Foundation will be exercising with supporters and local residents.

Start to Run is a training that focuses on novice and experienced runners. The popular training programme has already enabled thousands of people to start running and getting in shape. Last season, more than 150 people participated in the Start to Run sessions of the Foundation.

Club Brugge Foundation allows anyone, regardless of age and leisure time availability, to join the sessions. The sessions consist of either a 5 km, 10 km or 15 km run and take place on an illuminated trail around the pitches of the Jan Breydel Stadium.

For the next 10 Weeks, there will be every Wednesday evening Start to Run training sessions. The group training takes place from 19.00h to 20.00h. Participants have access to the dressing rooms of Sport Brugges, near the East Stand of the Jan Breydel Stadium.

For each participant it will be possible to run the distance at their own pace, this will be ensured by the coaches of the Club Brugge Foundations, who will be attending the sessions.
