Refugee fundraiser set for sixth #BIGHEARTSDAY during #Morethanfootball Action Weeks

Big Hearts is thrilled to finally reveal that their fundraiser for this year’s Big Hearts Day will focus on the Welcome Through Football project.

Big Hearts has been supporting refugees and asylum seeking young people in Edinburgh since 2017. Last summer, Tynecastle Park became the first football ground in Scotland delivering ‘Welcome Through Football’, joining 8 other Clubs from 6 countries.

The 6th Big Hearts Day will take place on Saturday 19th March, as Heart of Midlothian FC welcomes Livingston FC to Gorgie.

The event will kick-off our charity’s participation in the ‘More Than Football Action Weeks’. Hearts fans and Big Hearts Supporters are encouraged to support their charity’s work if they can.

A part of the funds raised will be donated to the EFDN ‘Emergency Ukraine Appeal’.
