Randers FC initiates Leisure Job Conference on Successful CSR Project

Based on Randers FC Jobakademis successful leisure job initiative Talents of Tomorrow, a leisure job conference will be held on 14 September 2022, where key results from the project will be presented.

Talents of Tomorrow is for Randrusian young people aged 14-17 who need an extra hand in finding and maintaining a leisure job. Randers FC provides an attractive training ground for the young people with tasks in both sport and the conference, where the young people are equipped to take on a leisure job. Over 131 young people have now participated in the project, with 88% of participants finding a leisure job, including in retail, warehousing and catering.

The project is a unique partnership between the Randers Youth Guidance Service, the City Secretariat and the Randers FC Superliga Club Job Academy. Talents of Tomorrow was launched in 2018 on behalf of the A.P. Møllerske Support Fund until 2021. After that, the initiative is continued with the support from Randers Municipality.

The conference is a knowledge sharing of Talents of Tomorrow and two other successful leisure job initiatives. The focus is on leisure jobs as a strategic way to strengthen young people’s social and personal skills, and thus their opportunities for education, jobs and life chances.
