Participants Scoring in Drenthe Organise Mutual Competition Day
On Monday, February 27, the Scoren groups faced each other on the field in Drenthe, the Netherlands. Together, the participants from Emmen and Hoogeveen organized a mutual football tournament in the stadium of FC Emmen. A sporty afternoon in which the participants of both groups got to know each other better.
Hoogeveen
The participants who participate in Scoring in Drenthe in Hoogeveen received a workshop before the tournament; The Self Portrait. Here they received a presentation from two job coaches from USG Restart and discussed their own qualities. By recognizing and sharing your own qualities, the participants get a better picture of their own competencies and where they can help each other.
Emmen
The Scoren group in Drenthe from Emmen also organized the tournament. While the other participants followed the self-knowledge workshop, the participants from Emmen made a schedule containing the competition schedules, team divisions and rules and had to enforce them as referees. Organizing a tournament helps participants learn how to work together and how to make and follow a schedule. After this, each participant could change and get ready for an afternoon of football on the artificial grass of De Oude Meerdijk. During the games, the teams played fanatically together and there was a sporty mutual atmosphere.
