Open up together!
2015 is the year of CSR at Ferencvarosi TC. This month our club stands up for the deaf
Using its popularity and mind-forming power FTC stands up for a cause regularly. 2015 is the year of CSR at our club: every month we try to help the needy in one way or another. The club started 2015 with sharing food, continued its campaign against racism during the spring, help associations and NGOs such as the Hungarian Cancer League, Társ a Bajban Személyi Sérültekért Association or the Tűzoltó Street Childrens’ Clinic.
This month, on 27th September on the occasion of the Royals Deaf Awareness Day, FTC joined National Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in their efforts to support to emergence in tolerance in the society.
The association works for the integration of the deaf and hard of hearing into the society. They help raising their living standards, support their interests in the legislation and offer community places and activities for the disabled.
In the now-signed cooperation our players, Gábor Gyömbér, András Radó, Dániel Böde and assistant coach Csaba Máté learned the basics of sign language, and learned how to show the slogan of tolerance.
