One more Week until the 9th EFDN Conference

One more week to go until the 9th EFDN Conference in the new Intility Arena of Valerenga Fotball. The event takes place on the 7th and 8th of November and will be centred around CSR in European Football.

EFDN conference attendees can expect presentations and breakout sessions led by FC Barcelona Foundation, Ferencváros TC, FARE, Schalke 04, Athletic Club de Bilbao, Aberdeen FC, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, CAFE, FARE, the United Nations Development Programme, Everton in the Community and of course our host Valerenga Fotball. Next to the presentations, participants will also have the opportunity to attend study visits and practical sessions of Valerenga.

We are delighted to announce that we will publish three new EFDN practitioners guides at the event, as well as provide workshops, networking opportunities, and two high quality roundtable discussions addressing a variety of subjects within “New CSR Trends in European Football”.

We believe that this conference constitutes a must-attend event for representatives of European Football Clubs working in the CSR sector, who want to ensure that they remain ahead of the curve in learning, understanding and sharing knowledge in sport and community engagement.

The world of football for development is an exciting and expanding area in which to discuss and share best practices and knowledge. We hope that all attendees will use the conference to get to know as many colleagues as possible to exchange experiences and work collaboratively to innovate new ideas within CSR.  Hopefully everyone will return home newly inspired to continue to engage European communities through football.
