NAC Impact Makers pilot gets to the end

On Friday, February 23, in the NACademy the sixteenth and final round of the NAC Impact Makers pilot took place. At this festive conclusion, parents, family and NAC Breda player Tom Boere were present.

NAC Impact Makers is a unique sports-based social service (MDT) project in collaboration with fourteen other professional football clubs from the Dutch Eredivisie and Keuken Kampioen Division. It offers young people between 16 and 30 years old the opportunity to discover their talents, do something for others and meet new people in and around the Rat Verlegh Stadium.

In sixteen weeks, participants will discover where their talents lie through sports and workshops, commit themselves to Breda society and get to know various companies from the NAC Breda network. Participants are ultimately rewarded with an MDT certificate.

During the programme the participants have discovered their talents, done something for others and met new people. They created, for example, welcome packages for new local residents in Hoge Vucht and participated in a regional exchange with Stichting Samen RKC and Willem II Begeven.

At the end of the celebration, Tom Boere came by to attend the certificate presentation: he congratulated the participants and signed the MDT certificate.

The next round of NAC Impact Makers will start in March. For more information about the programme, visit the NAC website.
