On the occasion of the 35th day of Ligue 1 Uber Eats and Ligue 2 BKT, dedicated to the fight against homophobia, the LFP and all the professional clubs have mobilised to raise awareness of this cause among the general public. A large-scale campaign was launched on Thursday 11 May, from social networks to the pitch, using a variety of media: clips, armbands, pre-match panels.
Among them, the rainbow flockings, worn by all the players participating on this day were visible. These colours are synonymous with inclusion and tolerance towards LGBTI+ people and are present on the shirts to carry a strong message. All the profits from this sale will be donated to the associations fighting homophobia such as Foot Ensemble, PanamBoyz&Girlz United, SOS Homophobie and Ovale Citoyen.
