LEGIA WARSAW ANNOUNCE AMP FOOTBALL SECTION

Legia Warsaw proudly presented their new Amp Football section last month with Legia President Dariusz Mioduski stating “I am very happy about the launch of the section. The values that guide this discipline are crucial for Legia” after signing the contract.

The Amp Football Section of Legia Warsaw was created by connecting their club with Gloria Varsovia – double medalist of Amp Football Ekstraklasa and the current champion of Poland.

“I am happy that Legia Warsaw has been enriched by the Football Amp section. I really wanted this cooperation because the values that guide this discipline are crucial for Legia. Amp Football players are people who were able to rise in a difficult situation, people who are relentless and aim to achieve their goals. The same applies to Legia. We have difficult moments and when everyone thinks we can’t, we are getting up and winning another championship” – commented the new section president of Legia, Dariusz Mioduski at the launch of the project.

Mateusz Szczepaniak, the first Amp section coach, followed this up by saying “We believe that cooperation with Legia will be extremely successful. First of all, we need promotional and media support. We want to reach new fans. We know what Legia’s brand means in Poland and Europe. We do not just want to take Legia’s shirts, our target is to continue development of this discipline in Poland”
