KAA Gent Foundation Takes on the #BeActive Crossbar Challenge
KAA Gent is the latest club to take on the #Morethanfootball Action Week Crossbar Challenge. EFDN members and participating organisations have taken part in the Crossbar Challenge with their community teams and staff to show the faces behind their #Morethanfootball campaign initiatives.
#Morethanfootball Action Day 2 on Physical Activity and Healthy Lifestyle coincided with the beginning of the #BeActive European Week of Sport. Clubs, leagues and FAs have been making their contributions to the Week of Sport in recent days by featuring community and staff members involved in programmes to promote healthy living and well-being.
KAA Gent’s Crossbar Challenge starred the Buffalo Street Wise team, a programme designed to create a safe space for players aged 12-18 to enjoy the game they love in the company of other youngsters and KAA Gent community coaches.
