Juventus keeps up its work during COVID-19
Although COVID-19 has put a stop to Seria A and international competitions, Juventus has never stopped working. The Italian Club launched a series of online initiatives for its employees, technical staff, and youth team.
Even the first team’s manager Maurizio Sarri has been taking part in the online initiative that the Club has been putting on to allow their staff to continue their respective growth paths. All technical staff are participating in “Juventus Studium – at 3pm all in Formation”, a daily meeting that aims to deepen fundamental issues for the correct management of a team, from the technical aspects, to the psychological ones.
The players of the Youth Sector keep attending, even if virtually, the Juventus Training project. The Juventus Psychological Area has designed the courses in such a way that the families are involved too and a psychological help desk service has been set up to support them during this uncertain period.
Staying home from school does not mean that the Juventus Academy has stopped working. The kids from the Under 15, 16 and 17 teams will have specific educational, individual and physical work programmes, developed weekly, through videos and remote meetings.
Moreover, the Club has dedicated the “Grow By Learning!” initiative to its employees. The training and professional growth program are aimed at developing individual skills, through technical training courses. From public speaking to the development of effective communication or project management.
