Inna Khmyzova joins EFDN Board
The European Football for Development Network (EFDN) is happy to announce the appointment of Inna Khmyzova as its newest board member. With an illustrious career spanning 18 years at FC Shakhtar Donetsk, Inna brings a wealth of experience and expertise in various facets of FSR in football management to EFDN.
Inna Khmyzova’s remarkable journey began in Donetsk, where she initially joined FC Shakhtar Donetsk, and later continued her dedicated service for the club in Kyiv. Consequentially, her tenure coincided with the challenges posed by two significant outbreaks of the war, demonstrating her unwavering commitment and resilience throughout her career.
Over the course of her 18-year tenure at FC Shakhtar Donetsk, Inna Khmyzova has excelled in multiple areas within the football industry. Her diverse skill set encompasses marketing, brand management, sponsorship, and the proficient organisation of events and matches.

In recent years, Inna Khmyzova focus has been on social responsibility and community engagement. For the past four years, she has been leading the Shakhtar Social Foundation. Under her leadership, the foundation has undertaken numerous initiatives aimed at making a positive impact on society through football.
