GNK DINAMO ZAGREB IS THE NEWEST PARTNER IN SHOW RACISM THE RED CARD

GNK Dinamo Zagreb is supporting the Show Racism the Red Card campaign. This makes them the first club from Croatia to team up with one of the biggest anti-racism campaigns in Europe. Show Racism the Red Card Europe is an anti-racism and anti-discrimination programme utilising the high-profile status of football and football players to help tackle racism in football, and through football. Now, Dinamo’s first team players Kevin Theophile-Catherine, Lovro Majer and Sadegh Moharrami are taking a stand as well, by showing racism the red card!

OFFICIAL CLUB’S FOUNDATION

In November 2020, the club launched its official foundation, the Dinamo Zagreb Foundation. It is the first sports club foundation in the history of Croatia. The club has been successfully implementing numerous socially responsible projects and activities for many years, as well systematically working on socially responsible business. All fans and interested individuals or organizations that want to engage in humanitarian work and promote equality and equal opportunities will be able to join the foundation itself. Dinamo Zagreb Foundation wants to positively change the lives of people, children, athletes, club’s legends, disabled supporters and local community in general. And now Dinamo are promoting equality and equal opportunities by joining the Show Racism the Red Card campaign.

GNK Dinamo recognises the power that football has to make a positive impact on society by promoting progressive values of tolerance and inclusion. Football is often said to be a reflection of our societies: we must show everyone that there is no place for racism or any type of discrimination, in European football just like in European societies. Today, in Europe, Professional football has one of the most socially powerful voices, with a reach of millions. Together, clubs and players can make a change.
