G-Sports players big winners at the Entrepreneurs’ Gala The Hague

After a two-year delay, Sportbelang SGK and ADO Den Haag in de Maatschappij were the charities during the 15th Entrepreneurs Gala the Hague in the Fokker Terminal on Saturday, 14 May 2022. The entrepreneurs raised an amazing amount of € 133,200 during the event.

ADO Den Haag in de Maatschappij was extremely pleased with this contribution and especially pleased that they can carry out the above activities in collaboration with SGK in the coming years! The football club was focused on giving children with a disability the opportunity to get and stay in motion and to create more understanding for each other by organising ‘encounters’.

ADO Den Haag in de Maatschappij is going to use part of this for the following activities: 

Organising G-football events for several years, setting up an annual ADO Den Haag G football team (the G-Storks) whereby the participants experience for a year what it is like to be an ADO Pro,  providing information at primary schools (e.g. about bullying and discrimination and what this means for children with a disability).

The table of ADO Den Haag in de Maatschappij at the Entrepreneurs Gala was therefore also a meeting between various participants of its social projects. The G-football, Life as an ADO Professional, VO Football League, OldStars, ADO Fit and ADO Den Haag Footcamp projects were represented and had interesting meetings that led to friendships and interest in each other’s projects!
