All participants wish to thank AKC Events for providing eleven stewards for the festival and Greenock Morton FC for the use of Cappielow.
“It’s pleasing to see their good habits from FFIT are being sustained”
David McCluskey, Morton Community Volunteer Coach and Event Co-organiser, comments: “FFIT has provided many like-minded men and women an opportunity to make changes to their lifestyles. The FFIT festival celebrates past participants achievements and showcases the project to potential new participants, whilst raising money for local charities.”
Gordon McKillop & Brian McLaughlin, Operations & Development Managers, at Morton Community jointly stated: “We’re delighted to support our past FFIT participants raise valuable funds for Ardgowan Hospice, a charity so close to many people across our community. It’s heart-warming to welcome so many participants back to Cappielow and pleasing to see their good habits from FFIT are being sustained. The FFIT Festival committee have done a magnificent job putting the event together, we hope everyone enjoys the day!”
