FC Shakhtar publishes “Football” children’s book to raise money

EFDN member and 2019 More than Football Award winner FC Shakhtar has published a special charitable edition of the french children’s book “Football”.

The book, which is an adaptation of the publication by French author Aurelie Sarrazin, wants to teach little readers all about football, from training and gear to the rules of the game.

With more than thirty illustrations featuring the club symbols and attributes the book also shows a painted picture of Shakhtar’s captain Andriy Pyatov.

All proceeds from the sale of this book will be used by Shakhtar Social for the development of children’s football and the “Come On, Let’s Play!” project, for which Shakhtar Social received the More than Football Award in Barcelona last November.
