European Week of Sport – Webinar #BeActive Safeguarding the Integrity of Sport
This Tuesday, September 28th, ICSS / Save the dream organise a webinar regarding #BeActive – Safeguarding the Integrity of Sport. EFDN CEO Hubert Rovers will be one of the panelists in this webinar.
The objective of this panel is to understand how to #BEACTIVE while respecting fair-play and safeguarding the integrity of sports. The challenges and need of creating networks for the prevention of match-fixing and corruption in sport.
Within this topic the panelists will debate current concerns and solutions relating to Match Fixing and Corruption in Sports – with a focus on building networks, strengthening cooperation and resilience in face of the main threats to sports integrity.

For six years, the European Week of Sport has helped tackle the inactivity crisis by encouraging Europeans to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle. Launched in 2015, the European Week of Sport was created in response to the worsening inactivity crisis. Despite sport and physical activity substantially contributing to the well-being of European citizens, the level of physical activity is currently stagnating and even declining in some countries.
