European clubs, leagues and Associations register for 14th Conference
Clubs, leagues and FAs and their Community and Social Responsibility (CSR) foundations continue to register for the virtual 14th EFDN Conference scheduled for 9-11 November. EFDN made an offer for non-member clubs to receive one free ticket while member clubs receive four free tickets. The gesture has been well received with many clubs taking it up seeing the number of registrations going up.
REGISTRATION FOR THE EFDN CONFERENCE
At the same time, the list of speakers continues to grow. The latest confirmed speaker is Aston Villa Foundation head Guy Rippon who will present on how their programmes favour the social inclusion of individuals with disabilities through football. His “Working With and For People With Disabilities” presentation will provide an overview of the work of the Aston Villa Foundation and the club’s provision for people with a range of disabilities.
Our three-day event will be the largest gathering of Community and Social Responsibility (CSR) in football experts across Europe. Conference participants will discuss challenges like the impact of Covid-19 on CSR, fundraising, gender equality, racism, social inclusion sustainability and youth crime. There will be presentations and panel discussions delivered and moderated by industry experts. The conference will also officially conclude the 2020 #Morethanfootball Action Weeks. Four organisations will present their shortlisted project and one will win the More Than Football Award and a fully branded mini-pitch sponsored by Musco Lighting.
