EFDN and MatchWornShirt have agreed on a new partnership which will provide EFDN member clubs with the opportunity to generate a new and recurring funding model at low costs providing a substantial contribution to the budget of the foundations.
EXTRA TURNOVER FOR CLUB FOUNDATIONS
MatchWornShirt.com offers an online bidding platform for match worn shirts of the entire playing squad. MatchWornShirt generates a new income stream for club-designated charities by auctioning off the match worn and autographed shirts of the entire playing squad (11 + 3 subs) from special matches (such as a derby, top of the league clash, finals/semi-finals, European matches etc). The proceeds of each auction are donated to club-designated charities.

The auctions are real-time and start at the kick-off of the selected match until the closure of the auction 4 days later, enabling fans to place a bid on the shirt of their favourite player in the heat of the moment and creating a new and interactive fan-experience in- and outside the stadium.
