EFDN and IFBI agree on academic partnership
EFDN has agreed on a new partnership with the International Football Business Institute (IFBI) in Brussels. The aim of the cooperation is to share theoretical knowledge and practical experience to improve the work of both institutions.
Both EFDN and IFBI believe in the social value of football. As being the most popular sport in the world, football has the power to be a tool for social development and community building. It is our goal to work together by sharing knowledge and experiences to tackle social issues through the power of the beautiful game.
EFDN joins the friends of IFBI and strengthens its commitment to the institute and its present and future students. As a partner organisation, EFDN will provide guest lectureships at the institute and EFDN can actively participate in certain subjects that are taught at IFBI. Furthermore, one student will have the opportunity to join their team in the form of an internship each year. EFDN can also make use of the knowledge present in the institute and provide the IFBI students with a consultancy assignment, based upon a challenge that EFDN or one of the EFDN member organisations is facing.
By establishing this partnership between IFBI and EFDN, we recognise that knowledge attained through education helps open doors to a lot of opportunities for better prospects in each career growth. We will work closely together to enhance creativity, to carry out research in the field of football business and to assist in reaching common educational goals.
