BRANN FIRE TOUR STARTS AT SOTRA
On May 8th, players of SK Brann and a group of local children enjoyed themselves when the Fire Tour opened at Straume Idrettspark.
During the afternoon, the young participants got the opportunity to play football with first-team players Fredrik Haugen, Christian Eggen Rismark, Thomas Grøgaard, Eirik Holmen Johansen, Henrik Kjelsrud Johansen and Kristoffer Barmen, as well as several youth players and employees at Brann. In addition, children were able to enjoy other fun activities at the different stands held by the players. They also got the chance to buy supporter equipment to show some love to their favourite team.
‘It was a nice opening for the Fire Tour thanks to the great commitment of hundred of children. The players enjoyed themselves, and we believe that all those attendees did also.’ says Christian Storvik, responsible of the Fire Tour.
The Fire Tour launched this year, aims to create engagement among young people towards the SK Brann team, to encourage them to see the home games at the Stadium. With this initiative, Brann hopes that fans from Sotra will attend their home match against Rosenborg this Sunday, with tickets at special price. The Fire Tour start at Sotra was the first of a total of five dates in 2019, two in Spring and three in the Fall. Next stop: Knarvik on June 6th!
