Aston Villa – Supporting Our Own Initiative

These may be sports volunteers, youth workers, ambassadors, fundraisers, carers – the people who work tirelessly for the benefit of others, or people who battle difficult personal circumstances selflessly and without complaint.

There are no set categories, just special people of any age who you think deserve a special recognition.

Winners of the Aston Villa Community MVP scheme will be invited to attend the Aston Villa versus Burton Albion match on Saturday 3rd February in the hospitality lounges, as guests of official Aston Villa Football Club partner of Hisense and the Aston Villa Foundation. They will also be presented with a trophy at the side of  the pitch during the build up to the game. Winners will also be put forward at the forthcoming Pride of Birmingham Awards, which take place later in the year. Nominees for the Community MVP scheme do not need to be Aston Villa supporters – they can be of any age, with the only criteria being that they are inspirational for others and come from Birmingham and surrounding areas.
