AEK FC honoured disabled season ticket holders with a lunch
AEK Athens F.C. honoured wheelchair-bound fans with a lunch at the restaurant “Byzantine”, which was attended by executives of AEK PAE and football players of the AEK team to thank them for their presence in the stadium since the first season of its operation.
It was an enjoyable experience for everyone and especially for the visiting fans who had the opportunity to meet Damian Simanski, Kostas Galanopoulos, Milad Mohamadi, Giorgos Athanasiadis and Vassilis Hadjiemmanouil, as well as the Official Ambassador of AEK Athens, the great Thomas Mavros. Present on behalf of the management were the First Vice President and CEO, Mr. George Kosmas, General Manager, Ms. Angeliki Arkadi and the Technical Director, Mr. Radek Kuharski.
Each of the disabled wheelchair season ticket holders was offered a commemorative scarf, while assurances were given by AEK that in the near future, the OPAP ARENA will provide even more facilities and seat availability for people with mobility problems and special needs. Similar to the requests, that in view of the upcoming season, have increased dramatically.
The aim of AEK FC is to continue to stand by the disabled and every vulnerable group and there will be more such actions in the near future.
