Aberdeen FC Community Trust Performance Programme

Aberdeen FC Community Trust will be running a performance programme during week 5 of the summer holidays at Harlaw Park Stadium, home of Inverurie Loco Works FC.

The camp

The camp will run from 9am-3pm on Monday 31st July until Friday 4th August. Players will spend the week training like a pro with UEFA qualified coaches from AFC, taking part in multiple sessions covering different aspects of the game, as well as receiving daily Sports Science input and workshops on strength and conditioning as well as nutrition and hydration.

Part of the camp will see the players receive a workshop to create a personalised player development plan with input from AFC coaches, which the players can take away and work on after the camp.

As well as this, each player will receive a full AFC training kit which will be theirs to keep after the camp.
