ActivU (Activate Healthy Lifestyle through Counselling for You) partners published the 3rd factsheet of the project. ActivU aims to increase awareness and behavioral change in former active citizens with and without disabilities toward a healthy active lifestyle through enrichment of counseling and prescription procedures to effective use of physical activity and other health behaviors. The latest factsheet provides an insight into the project activities including the qualitative and quantitative research, the 3rd project meeting and the E-training programme for trainers. 25 candidates have been selected, Check the factsheet here.
