Life Skills through Football Staff Exchange
From the 13th to the 17th of February, the next EFDN Staff Exchange “Life Skills Through Football” will be hosted by Vitesse Arnhem.
Over the past years, a variety of Staff Exchanges have already been organised in cooperation with Manchester United, Feyenoord Rotterdam, Hapoel Tel Aviv, NEC Nijmegen, Anorthosis Famagusta, Werder Bremen and Vålerenga.
The five-day staff exchange programme will follow the purpose of enhancing the quality and diversity of the individual club projects. During the project week, the participants will have the opportunity to get together to share best practices, ideas, methods and own experiences.
Additionally, the staff will share experience regarding involvement of young people in their communities.
A combination of presentations of best practices, non-formal learning activities and football based community activities will be part of the Staff Exchange Programme in Arnhem. Also, the staff participants will have the opportunity to further develop individual competences, get together with people from different countries who are delivering similar programmes with their clubs and who also believe that football can have a substantial impact on society.
The EFDN staff exchange programme is co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme.
